This will be Derek Carr's final year with the Raiders. There is no doubt that whoever the Raiders' head coach is next February, Derek Carr will be traded ,or cut just after the Super Bowl. If Josh McDaniels is to get a second season, he will demand on choosing his own QB. Similarly if we have a new head coach, he will opt for his own man.  Blame can be shared for the Raiders inept performances this season. The coaching and play calling has been hideous. The defense has been incoherent. And Derek Carr has been profoundly mediocre. Another losing season awaits the Raiders. We won't win many more games this year so a high draft pick will be our 'reward'.  That draft pick will be a QB so for the first time in 10 years, the Raiders will start the 2023 season with a new QB under centre.  I was once a big Carr fan (Carr Stan dare I say) despite having many personal issues with the Raiders QB  - I'm anti religion and despise chancers like Joel Osteen (a frie
