Fire Josh McDaniels

Inspid.

Dull.

Uninspiring.

And this was before the game even started.

Sunday afternoon in Chicago was another embarrassing loss for the Josh McDaniels era

The Raiders deservedly lost to an injury ravaged Chicago Bears, starting an undrafted Div II QB - Tyson Bagent.

The rookie toyed with the Raiders secondary while the Raiders starting QB, Brian Hoyer, played like the Div II QB in what was surely his last ever appearance in the silver and black, and most likely NFL.

The Raiders have won 3 games on the back of the defence but today the defence was blown away in the windy city - Maxx Crosby excepted,  who was his usual dominant self.

Winning in the NFL requires strong character, belief and hard work.

All were absent in this listless, unacceptable, unprofessional performance from the Raiders.

The decision to start Hoyer rests with Josh McDaniels.

The brittle performance rests with Josh McDaniels

The defeat rests with Josh McDaniels

Raider Nation - it is time for another head coaching change - this is not working.
